He is ex mercedes and honda.
Still, i have to brush the back of his neck gently to remind him to be gentle with threads, he's quickly learning that its not acceptable at all.
Those boys with the megane F7R engine are sorted as you can use the flywheel to trigger normally rather than the dual miss clio one.
Sorted, no need for a front pulley anymore.
He certainly does, but he's from HK like myself and i dont think its part of his culture.
Sadly we had our fridge nicked before we moved in so i dont have the means to keep milk from turning rapidly and i havent had time to go and buy one. Lame excuse, but its the principal really.
a)Near enough, but you dont have to deal with aircon and there is slightly better space, plus bonnet catch is at the rear of the bay.
b)No, megane head is slightly better, but with the new techniques i've been developing, a 32mm willy head will outflow a 172/182 head that has been modified...
I will have to agree, i use it on my scooby and they work absolute wonders, proper pads for proper braking. Where stock pads would fade after 1-2 hard application, and 'track' pads after 5-6, these have taken constant back road abuse and from 160mph to standstill.
Good work if you...
when its finished, you asking me every week isnt going to get it done any faster.
I've got plenty of already comitted work to get on with before i waste any time on development projects.
Yes, but you'll spend more money on working within the space than just buying a spare slam panel to cut up.
I've just had a custom filter made up for me on a tight ITB install on a corolla and it cost £250+vat.
He's called a mech lol, i guess Sam was being polite.
And i dont let him do anything and everything round the workshop, i spend more time watching him than doing my own work. But you have to spend time training people up or you'll never get what you want just by looking for someone already...
renault say constant use above 7200rpm will fail it, but to visit higher rpm every so often is fine, its just the track boys that will destroy a piston by sitting on the limiter all day.
There is no power up there anyway.
Yea, almost every weekend the newspapers are just covered in car crash pics, gorey ones as there is no sensoring. Loads of hondas just ripped in half, people burning in supras etc.
Thats why i only raced in the hills along the coast as its comparatively save lol.
A bit tame that, they werent flooring it for most of the time.

That ones get a bit more exciting once they get out of the mountains and enter the city at a 3min or so.
