thats what i mean, i'm saying its not a good gain and i'm was wondering if something was out of alignment. But if everything is spot on and your fine then so am i.
Did ali go to falkland aswell, he has the same sort of mods doesnt he, be good to compare.
you have to look down the manifold to see the bottom edge, then through the injector bosses to see the top and side edges.
It'll make or break it since 20 thou is half a mm.
Did you align the manifold properly as 1bhp is a joke.
i leave a 20 thou area around the manfiold dimentions that allow a minute stepdown, but there is still more freeplay in the fitting of the manifold and if its fitted incorrectly then the flow will 'see' an oncomming step, which will...

no, but i've read those practical mechanics and car mech mags before.......they read the manual.......lol.
second hand wrenches from a good brand might be a good buy, but you've no idea on calibration. Cheap wrenches of the spring (clicker) type are the least accurate.
If you want cheap...
And at an average cot of £40 for 18lbs, which will last you about.......a days worth of fun.......So 3k would = 75 days worth of fun.
Not to mention it would not be wise to run N20 constantly, you would need ignition map modifications to run on high amounts of gas, which then leaves you with...
i'm a right bellend round these parts..........i leave work sometimes at 2am so its all quiet and the weather helps with not reducing tyres to trash in a few minutes.
I held up the entire asda artic convoy by lapping the roundabout comming off the M'way for ages hahahahaha.....they didnt...
