I have a leak somewhere in the system. It appears to only leak when the steering is being used. For example, I filled the reservoir and drove to st albans (motorway) and it only lost a little bit. Then did some maneuvering around town, three point turns ect and it lost everything visible in the...
Mine was logged using Torque btw - a lot less faff than RSTuner! However if there is a few negative values in my data it could be my scan tool having a funny five seconds!
not sure if t any good or the correct one, but I used this one (which is D2 D complaint). http://www.halfords.com/motoring/engine-oils-fluids/power-steering-fluid/comma-aqm-automatic-transmission-fluid-1l
to the right of the coolant in a yellowish brown tank - odd shape.
I have filled mine just level with the top of the prongs as I expect it will go down again soon!
Ok thanks Dan. I will top it up and see how fast it goes down again. hopefully no permanent damage to pas pump (power steering was still working so guess it must of has some in there lower down)!

I...
I think its along the lines of this even though this is for a different ECU:
Q: What Is "Fuel Trim"?
A: "Fuel Trim" is the fine tune control of fuel delivery by the ECU. To accomplish this the ECU increases or
decreases fuel delivery by increasing or decreasing the time that the injectors are...
yeah, it just takes longer. the ecu is always in learning mode  I believe it makes an adjustment whenever it detects knock or an imbalance somewhere. Although im a novice on ECU logic so that might not be how it works at all!
no problem, you have time now to sort things out as its not until Jan now  this is only the 'interest' thread, not the real event thread. All those on the list will get notified when that goes up, so I wont take you off anyway.
