cant say I have ever read the rules, is there actually a rule that says no discussion about previous users or what happened to them?! that's crazy! off to read the rules....
this is actually the reason I got this ktec one (think I remember mentioning it to @Richy182. when I picked it up). I'm going to chop the pipes in half and extend them to where they are in my photoshop :) using clamps though not welded so I can move them around a bit.
Ok thanks for the input guys :) I think I will be going ahead with this as a winter project.
Best tool to cut the bumper? I am thinking plunge circular saw on the long edge, jigsaw on the side bits?
I have actually considered that, but I think one of the reasons I want to do this is because I dont think the rear bumper sits low enough, and this wouldn't help on this front. thanks for the suggestion though!
The splitter isn't physically large enough to go to the to top of the other trim (like in that paint shop). Probably the most it could move up is as follows, as it cant really be made to fit with the angle in the bumper above this. Any better?
Just a quick update on this. It seems quite a few people would be more willing to attend if the event takes place after Christmas, so we are no looking to make this a 'Beginning of year' event instead of 'End of year'!
sounds like you have done most things needed. General rundown of things to do are:
1. forward required ports on router to NAS ip address (both udp and tcp)
2. make sure the firewall on the router isnt blocking the forwarding rule
3. make sure the nas firewall is configured to allow connections...
