Spring sizes, rears are 1.9" x 11" (iirc) and fronts are 62mm x 7" internal diameter (ID). You can get shorter rear spring.
Go on merlin motorsport and check out Faulker springs.
Incorrect bedding in process will cause this, even if they discs get rusty if they get wet they will have to be bedded in again as deposits will be wiped off.
The DS1.11 pad is pretty good, best pad I have used.

In regards to rear camber, using an extra -1 camber shim in there would work well, you dont want to go to much on the rears.
Have you checked to see how much neg camber can be achieved from the AST's? I had to file mu slotted holes to get into the 3s. iirc they maxed out at -2.9, saying that you should be fine on anything from -2.3 to -2.9 up front anyway.
I tried different amounts of camber -2.7 to -3.5 (personally i dont think the Clio needs anymore than that for a balanced set up) the willwoods locked up on both settings, iv been running -3.2 recently. I personally believe its the tyres not gripping enough, so as you say, 205,s and a better...
Great build, I would replace those cable ties with proper metal clips on the CV gators though as they will weep.
Did you repack the grease on the drive shaft elbow too?
Hi Martin, the oem callipers was fine with the DS1.11s, the Wilwoods, are also fine and not damaged at all, just your better off running a bias with the Wilwoods imo, I just liked how the oem callipers worked on track. The Wilwoods will be up for sale soon with a selection of Ferodo pads.
