45 is low enough, imo. Any lower and it might become 'crashy'.

    172 & 172 cup differences

Use the search. ( ; No, in all seriousness, the 172's aren't as reactive as 106's to things like mani, induction and exhaust. You can spend £500, and not see many gains at all. That money is much better spent on suspension and brake upgrades. A decent set of coilies, and Brembo disks...

    Engine mount fitting (top)

LOL! As above mate. Jack under engine (with block of wood) Support engine. Undo bolts. Jack up engine. Remove mount, replace. Reverse procedure.

    Unsatisfactory wheel refurb...

The first two pics I could live with, but the last two are shocking. I had mine done at BJV in Watford, and they all came out spotless. Decent service from them.

Removing the front lines to add braided ones. Help asap plz

With a spanner. They're threaded, and can be a b**ch! Brake line spanners are handy. Easier to do it with the caliper on the car.

    Find me a 172, please?

Get a well looked after Ph1 that's already had money spent on it. If you don't it WILL cost you money.

Release bearing goes on the spline in the centre. The arm comes through the bellhousing diagonally (through the hole in the bellhousing) and sits in the two teeth on the bearing.
