Reckoned up between my brothers, sister, parents and I, we've had 14 Clios. Personally though: 1.2 8v Authentique 2x Iceberg 172 (still have one) 05 RB 182 Cup (still have) And a few as company cars.

I know I'm bringing something back from the dead but assuming you did the above, does the 197 have a different water pump to the 182 and would you use the 197 cam belt instead of the 182 belt?

Welcome, nice to see another North West member. Although it's probably only for noise, I can't look past a good induction kit (similar to the K-Tec sytem) on these, they sound great. Other than that it seems you have some nice plans, looking forward to seeing the finer details :up:

I assume they're meaning there's an issue with the O/S drive shaft as it has a mid bearing. They'll mean the shaft between the mid-bearing and the gearbox. Not known of anyone just replacing that part, you'd usually do the full O/S drive shaft.

Can't complain at £500 for that, bargain if you ask me.
