4 pots will perform better over the day and pads are nearly half the price compared to track pads in the oe set up, but the initial layout is high for 4 pots and discs are also quite expensive compared to oe. If you have the money to buy and maintain and it's a long term project then I'd say go...

Abs pump connection is my bet. It's located on the right of the engine bay directly below the coolant header tank but it hides under the firewall heat shield fabric. Just pull the fabric back and all will be apparent.

The garage has the equipment to pressure bleed the system and it's been done over and over whilst trying to diagnose the issue. It's not Clip or an RS tuner mind but it's one of these that gives signal readings from the pump, bleeds individual calipers and detects air within the system. He said...

OK OE brakes back on and it's now back as it was before where it's feels like it's pulling left and the right rear is trying to overtake the front, where as with the 4 pots it was pulling aggressively right with the left rear trying to overtake the front. Surely it's got to be the master...

Non, just use 95ron from the likes of BP, Shell etc...as these use all the additives you need for your engine. Maybe treat it to some 98-99ron every 4th fill up as these fuels have more additives for cleaning but not really necessary for your car.

Having issues with my brakes ATM and my next step is changing out the BMC. My question is if I purchase a Haynes manual for the standard PH2's will this give me a rough idea on the procedure as I presume the BMC is in the same place on all PH2's? Thanks in advance. Phil

Thanks James, fingers crossed mate. Think I'm gonna call it a day if it doesn't sort the pull and either sell on the cheap as 'work needed' or break and sell for parts. This Mondeo can get f*cked as well as I'm having issues with this also that I cannot diagnose.

Yep if its all good then its gonna be HC discs and DS2500 or other similar priced pads.

I reckon or hope the issue with the car pulling left with the OE set-up was due to one of the rear lines had collapsed. Seems odd how the sides have changed once fitting the 4 pots though.
