Spending 3k to save money = fail

Personally, i think that they are worth soo little these days they are good to simply have around as a spare car, or commuter/daily/winter hack etc. My Trophy's worth far more to me than anyone else for example, & what else could i get for 3 grand that would be as good/fun/cheap to run.

I've seen the car, its considerably better/higher spec than 99% of Cliosports on this site. Stacky just isnt particularly brilliant at getting his point across.

Spent some money this morning, after the headgasket being changed, i thought it wise to give it a full service. Was done on 89k, but tbh, im an untrustworthy sod, so thought i'd do it all again anyways, not the biggest expense in the world for piece of mind: Engine: 8L of Castrol Edge 10W-60...

To be honest, its not just women, its 99% of the population. When i sold my 172 cup in the recession, i 'downgraded', put 3 grand in the bank and bought an old 328i Sport. At which point, everyone congratulated me on my new purchase and questioned why i had bought an expensive new car ... :S
