They're not adjustable, and a lot of people dont rate them for what they are. But then those people are proper track nuts, so they know what they're talking about!
As coilovers go, they are very good, but there are better, but you pay more!
If your changing the pads, would be a good idea to change the discs too to get the most out of them. Depends what condition the discs are in.
Tbh, Brembo HCs are less than £60 for a front set, hardly breaking the bank :)

Not really, there would be so much more road noise you wouldnt be able to hear it properly!
I don;t use my CD player much anymore anyway.
And it depends on what level of strippage you want to go to :)
Mine revved to 7780 on a RR, it sounded s**t scary lol!
Peak power was at 6800, so there's no need to go over that really. The occasional blast up to the increased rev limit should be ok, but I wouldnt want to do it all the time!
