valver manifold is better all round. THe willy manifold is an apalling peice of work, surprised the willy makes 150bhp with it.

either is fine so long as you take a yakult with it.

stock cylinder head on the 1.8 is fairly restricted through its small valves and totaly apalling short side machining from the factory. A worked cylinder head is one of the best things for a 1.8 as they are much harder to get power out of than the 2ltr.

dont pussy foot with the running in, itll make rubbish power. The factory oil is too slippy so gentle running in doesnt help ring seal at all.
