Gutted for you.
On a bright note, if you can buy it back for peanuts it would be a great car for someone (maybe even you) whos not bothered about cosmetic appearance .... track car ftw
Your car is f*cked again as you dont look after it. After killing one through neglect/lack of oil, i thought you may have tried harder 2nd time.
Fail.

Nearly there, i suggest people see if they can bring some mates!!
Its probably as they are all seized up from lack of use. Once a week, I used to drive with the handbrake on when pulling off the drive ... keeps the pads/discs free.
Maybe try that?
Geronimo Cages, do a lot of stuff for saxos and would appear to be very well priced, ie full bolt in 6 pointer for £600:

Only just found this so will offer my small & insignificant opinion.
1. Bought some of these for my 328i Sport as they were cheap.
2. They turned up & looked fairly pikey so i tested another car with them on.
3. I promptly sold them on.
I have also tried them/been unimpressed with the kit...
Theres quite a few on the Gti6 forum now actually, mainly due to the fact it costs about £2.5k for the stage 1 250bhp kit ...
Quite how its nearer to £5k for the clio i have no idea :S
They are normally, but football & work committments have kinda got in the way as of late.
Im sure James will try to make them slightly more regular again now :)
Bump.
Thinking of buying this, although i've heard that a 'softer' pad would be more beneficial for a beginner such as myself: http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polishing/polishing-machine/das-6-dual-action-polisher-menzerna-kit/prod_522.html
Any good?
Or this, with the 'softer' Sonus pads...
Tell that to the bloke that brought along his Clio 200 to the rolling road day last Saturday. 183bhp lol.
I like this line about the Cup 'it gifted affordable, practical performance to the people and two years of cover stories to Evo magazine'.
Golf at 2 though. Seriously.
True. Although quite what you were getting your fingers into whilst we were working on the car is anyones guess ;) slacker.
Ollie - dont feel guilty ill just do the same to your 106 when im fitting your brakes
Nick - hurry up & collect that sodding saxo, i want to rip things out of it!!
Harvest in Ottershaw ... although tbh, i may just save myself for Thursdays pizza. Its the end of the month & i've blown loads of money on the saxo again
