Not driven a ph1, but have had a non cup 172 and now a cup. My cup pulls stronger than my old 172 and feels better to drive. But what you'll notice is everyone has there own favourite so best go drive both and see which you like.

There you go
My bad looked at it on the phone. I would honestly check the history part as mine old one ws billed as fsh but was just a load of old mots and receipt for a belt kit. But like I say be warned the dealer is a grade A w**ker
Saw this advertised on autotrader, clicked the like to find it was from the dealer I brought my first 172 from.

Now as you can see from the listing he thinks it's a 182 and has just given a generally bad description. However I mainly...
Two things you should consider;
1) unfortuanatly like it or not if you have made your car look like a sport, then other people in 'fast' cars will try to race you. Fact.
2) sounds like you have seen them driving close or badly and changed your driving. This will either egg them on more, or...
I never really used the ac on my old 172. The auto wipers, just laziness. And as for the abs, never troubled me. Take it you've owned a cup then and had a near miss due to no abs?
anyway I would stick with the cup unless you know the ph1 well. Least you know you car and its faults, might change...
The important thing is to buy on condition firstly, belts etc. After that it's down to personal choice really, although cup prices seem to be going up a bit compared to 182 prices falling through the floor
I buy pretty much all games consoles so have a ps vita. I agree it's a great machine but the games are rubbish, and just dont realise enough. So don't be surprised if you buy it and get bored after a few weeks
I got a simular response from the m4 convoy- nothing! So decided I am more than likely to go the 'wrong' way round the m25 and join the massive essex meet. Works out about 25 miles more from the m4 so not a great deal.
Selling my telescope as I'm moving into my own place and don't have the room. Brilliant bit of kit, seen amazing views of the moon, Jupiter, Mars and Saturn through it.

Leaving mine till the morning, last time I went to a meet washed it the night before. Rained all night spent ages with the quick detailer at the last minute.
Btw how do you fine the snow foam? I find mine doesn't really do much, so might look for a different brand.
Bit of a contradiction, as anyone who even knew slightly would know turbo pistons are low comp so no good for an N/A engine. What's your budget, as there is no point trying to do a rebuilt on the cheap = asking for trouble.
Wax will be fine just remember to use the one with conditioner :rasp:
Anyway
