    v6 espace induction

I got the ITG filter for about £40 I think, and the airbox itself driect from Renault was about £50.

    Simon Norris.... FAIL.

+1 His driving is shockingly bad at times...and that combined with the bad luck don't do him any favours whatsoever.

    CSL Rebuilt

I love it. They rev to 8k don't they? Do they have a Vtec-yo type of kick, or is it just ballistically linear all the way?

Stanley knife blade and lots of time or is there a quicker way?

New brake pads rubbing is this normal

I think it's normal for the pads to rub/drag slightly - my wheels spin freely but I always get a rhythymic squeak...squeal...squeak...squeal... when crawling in traffic from the noisy track pads - you never notice it normally as road pads are meant to be silent. Did you give yours a decent few...

    Abortion on PH....

I'm impressed by the sheer amount of thought and effort that's gone into making the rear lights look like a seamless integral part of the design. W***er.

    124 mph in 4th - speedo video

When I used to run an Origin b2 my speedo was 3 mph optimistic at 30 mph, and 3 mph optimistic at 110 mph. Never verified higher than that so I probably hit a genuine 120-121 in 4th.

Uprated brake kit - effect on insurance?

I'd declare it...it made no difference to me, but then my insurers are very track mod friendly.

    Yep that's it...and it's not been down a 1/4 mile...yet.

Snapped cam follower killed my cup!

After 5 years I'd say you've got little or no chance of getting Renault to give a f***.

    Evo progress pics

Aren't they unstable at speed without the rear wing? I'm sure I've seen a clip of one spinning out when slowing from a top speed run on an empty runway...and he'd removed the spoiler for the run? Go easy.

    I LOL. Watch this space.

    0-100 mph - it's improved with age

Not a chance! Did you start the clock when the needle starts moving? I'm already doing 10mph at that point. Buy another one. I've been keeping my eye out for a mint low-miler...if one comes up I might get it and stick it in storage until I wear this one out.

    0-100 mph - it's improved with age

What's said about them loosening up with miles is all true :approve: That and the diet have given me somewhere between 14 and 15 seconds I think? ZH2tvcUc594

    124 mph in 4th - speedo video

R-Sport ECU - off the shelf but gives you an extra 500rpm to play with so it's limited at 7,750. Yup, got the airbag light too but that's it...no emissions light after 95k miles on a decat! I think there's something wrong with it tbh...I mean...look at this (the video confirms this...

    124 mph in 4th - speedo video

The lack of torque from 7-8k rpm in 4th is noticeable...it hits a brick wall. Ran out of runway for 5th, shame. odTwrUXNlsM

need advice after a accident in my 182. want it wrote off!!!...please advise

No way an insurance company would honour your request to have it fully written off if repair was an option. It would cost them more money, and your insurance history would also show a total loss claim - not good for either of you.

    2 ton trolley jack - lidl.....opinions

Buy it, use it until it breaks, throw it away, buy another one. Can't go wrong at that price. I started with a £7.99 job from Makro...got two years out of that one. Now using a Halfrauds 2-tonner my old man left me when he emmigrated, can't see it every failing tbh.
