Removed and refitted my airbag/wheel the other day. I didn't have this problem. Have you tried removing the airbag and checking all the wiring is seated properly first, then click the left side of the airbag in before the right?
Here's the link to the guide. It's "Problem 1" by the sounds of it:

Sounds like you have the classic problem with the pump. One pump operates both front and rear screens. A small part needs shaving off. There's a a guide in the guide section on this problem and how to fix it.
The pump is fine and has been tested in-situ. It's just not getting any power. I think it's likely to be the stalk from what others have said. Not sure if there's any way to test the stalk though.
I removed my non-working headlamp washers this morning, and replaced them with a couple of rubber grommets. Not too bad methinks, and a whole lot cheaper than carbon blanks!
Found out my headlamp washers aren't working. Pump is fine, but testing it then made the jets leak, so off with the bumper to stop the dribbling. Still no headlight washer jets.
As above. I know this has been covered a few times before in here but not many solutions have been found it seems.
My washer jets for the headlamps have stopped working. Not sure when this happened but sometime since February.
I've checked the pump by swapping over the connectors, and that...
Engines are virtually identical. Mine has a 172 engine in it and you would never know. The majority of the extra horsepower comes from the intake and exhaust manifolds, which you'll already have. The 172 has a different breather so a small pipe has to be plugged somewhere. It's no big deal...
Mine dropped a valve on a track day last year. I picked an engine up on here for £250 that had done 87k. Mike fitted it for me too. It doesn't matter if it's a 172 or 182 engine really either as the 172 engine just needs a minor mod to get it to fit. Good luck with the search!
Fitted my Evol Dogbone mount this morning. Took all of about 15 minutes. Not driven it yet but started it up and just a little vibration feeling through the steering wheel and nowhere else. Happy days.
Washed both the Clio and the Wife's Mondeo too. Removed the countless tar spots from the Mondeo's doors with none other than WD40! Tried a clay bar. That left it nice and smooth but still tarry. Tried WD40 and it worked a treat!
I used a company called Angel Tuning to come and remap my old Focus 2.0 TDCi. Yes it was a plug in a laptop and reflash job, but for a standard road car it was absolutely fine. Ran it for over five years without issue. I had it rolling roaded not long after and it went from 136bhp to 171bhp and...
Well that's disappointing that the prices are incorrect. If you find anywhere that's charging a reasonable amount do let us know. I've just bought some part-worn winter tyres for the wife's car.
Go on mytyres.co.uk - there's a list of fitters local to you and prices they charge. Cheapest one from memory is in Dogmersfield near Hook and it's about £10/tyre.
Move them to the front and check your pressures. I had a similar experience on my old Focus when the RS3s went on the rear. They are really very good but take a bit of getting used to.
205/45/16 PS3s are coming in at £104 and upwards at the moment, which is a lot of cash. I've gone for a couple of Goodyear Eagle F1AS2 for £77 each. I hope I won't regret moving away from the PS3s but I can't justify the extra £30 or so per tyre.
