Mine have been from NW Performance on eBay, priced from about £5 and more recently a bit more and they've been fine. Also got a new cat to exhaust bracket for about £4 too.

Best off buying one for the price, think you can get them off eBay for about £5. The bolts tend to rot and the springs crack at times, so for the price it's worth having one handy if you're doing the cat anyway.

Gulf Competition 5w 40 from Opie Oils, reasonably cheap and seems as good as anything I've used before.
