Hahaha remember when i test drove an ax gti and there was no coolant, the light came on (head gasket blown) but he tried to convince me this was the screenwash, also the steering wheel was knackered but "only needed a washer" WTF!

i went national tyres in stockport with my old vts and told him not to scratch the wheels. he warned me that they can get scratched but he did a top job, dreading it when the anthracites need new tyres, might have to get the old spoons out and have a go meself :D

Black AX GT mark 2 J reg, bought in 97 sold in 2002 as too many things went wrong, gearbox bearings were the last straw!! sold it to some chav who sold it on a week or so later :(

im no expert but there was a thread not so long ago about the quality of oil and the disadvantages of cheap synthetic oils and that theyre a lower grade than the more expensive brands
