Yeah, buy 1, but make sure that the previous owner has had everything repaired when it went or else u may have to do everything at the same time like 16v_er & Dust. The engines are pretty strong IMO, so jus check everything like steering rack, wheel bearings, etc. For every geezer whos had...

All fast (oldish) Renos are mint when they r working and a BLAG when there not. The Clio 16v shouldnt blow head gaskets very easirly though IMO. :o

Me & clean16v have both got clear ones but im not sure really, both look good but clear look a little classier IMO.

Ive even got clear on my black 16v, but definnetly clear on the blue 1s.

Right i might be able to get my alloys re-furbished on the cheap so was just wondering if this e-mail i recieved is true & the problem will be solved, Hurray! When we refurbish a wheel we blast it back to bare metal and then powder coat paint it which forms a complete seal around the wheel...

Yeah, could be something cheap as it sounds like a new rotary arm is needed perhaps.

I know; had 17s,16s & 15s on mine; 17s best for quick cornering on stock suspension but not an enjoyable drive IMO. Honestly, i prefer a Valver lowered on phase 2 alloys unless it is something special or a show car. My advice would be save ur money & instead of alloys, get coilovers first. ;)

Wrong! Ive beat 1! :D & even with a decent opponant in the VTS it will not kick ur ass at all, infact i dont recall the 172 givin my standard 16v an ass whopping, just got beat. ;)

Looks good Adam on the 15s with that ride height! What spolier is it? 17s IMO r just too much of a sacrifice for looks! If u enjoy driving then u wont want 17s believe me! I think Adams 16v looks better on 15s anyway!

So has no1 got a lightened & balanced crank with the above mentioned mods and seen big BHP gains with the F7R? I know that matbrowns 14.8 1/4 mile run is the quickest for a 16v recorded on this sites members section. Soon to be blown away by Nick i surpose but his had a 2lt F7R with the engine...
