Jammy git! I bet u look like this::D
You could have bought a 1.1 Saxo for that sort of money! HA!
Im suffering from painfull envy. :@
BIG TIME post when its done!
It comes from off side between door and boot. I think its rattleing against under carrage around there. I had it checked by a grease monkey when i had my cat re-fitted, but it seems to have got a lot worse since.
Hangers? Common prob with after-market Xorsts? Howd you fix urs? Got the same...
Looks to me that the 16v would be doin 100mph apart from the Scooby, id expect that to be moving a lot quicker!
With my mate running 12psi it was really on the move so i believe you that it could chase Scoobies on 14. Raced a Scooby twice and i must say now that i want one. Especially after...
Does that position make a difference cause i read that after screwing it in. So ill change that tomorrow and see how it goes. Should that fix it? Mines a Pioneer too.
Ive always had my CD changer screwed ontop of my sub, and it never jumped once.
I drilled holes into the back of my seat today and fitted it against it, nicely tucked away, but when driving the CD jumps when goin over the slightest of bumps.
Can i put a pieace of wood behind it and srew it...
This is a close one but on standard boost i can beat them to 60 no worries.
My mates got an awesome one; rebuild by Rusty (who built the quickest UK cossie), coilovers & in-car boost. I had him off the mark every time the other nite but on the fairest straight he had to turn his boost up to...
Not that good in first gear from a rolling start at all. Thats the new WRX im talking about. Its only 0.8 seconds quicker to 60 than a 172, so thats only what, 2 car lengths? Not a clue about car lengths but its like me racin a 172, difference is not amazingly big! The STi Turbo is quicker!
My exhaust is fine if i take those perticular humps at less than 5mph, but id be fecked with a lower car, which is what i want!
Id probably get grounded at the apex and swing like a set of scales. :o
Thats how they all should be so we can get coilovers and not worry about scrapping the under carriage of our cars.
Plus Clios and all Renaults have exhausts which come out further than the under carriage indentations for them. Most cars have a path which the exhaust is hung in to keep it from...
Can i sue for a new exhaust if mine gets pulled off cause of rediculas speed humps?
Not that i can afford legal costs but i was wondering if in theory i have a case? Id love to lower my valver but if my centre box catches on some VERY high bumps on my way to work as it is then i just cant...
That should give front extra grip over rear, supposingly increasing likelyhood of oversteer which is deffinetly better than understeer in a FWD car.
Maybe those pressures will make a difference Enid. I use 35psi front and rear to get a more responsive steer but it has a tendency to slide when...
I thought the low spec 1.2/1.4s had pooie wheels, bumper stripes, no rear lip spolier, etc.
Dont really car too much for the new Clios, but i have to respect the 172!
WHY? Whats that tell you? Or do you mean just let the Turbo de-spin and cool?
If so i know what you mean. At a cruise in South Manchester last week, a lad pulled up in an old Escort RS Turbo, reved it when parked to show us his dump valve and then immediatly turned it off. WHAT A TIT! His...
