I'm wondering whether it might be an idea to hire a racing or driving simulator for a little bit of entertainment in the evening at my wedding. The thing is, are any of them any good?
Can anyone recommend one they've used, seen or hired themselves?
I'm not interested in breaking mine either. Too much like hard work, but I'm sure the parts would sell pretty quickly. It makes no odds really, I want to keep it, the propective wife thinks it's stupid.
Circumstance for me, upcoming wedding, hopefully a baby after that - a two seater hatch with a loud exhaust isn't ideal! Still love driving it though, hence the reason I 'forgot' to readvertise on pistonheads. The future wife is happy as long as it's still up for sale!
I wouldn't have any problem paying more for a car if it was rare (which LY is) and I liked it. It'd still have to be in good condition though - don't overlook that due to the paint.
Anyone got any decent ideas what to do with a 1*2 that hasn't been done yet? And I don't mean painting your car or any part of it a s**t colour just because it's 'different'. And I'm not after 'just for the sake of it' ideas either - they should actually improve the car!
So come on, what ideas...
Just sent a mate a text from Orange telling him his phone has been reported as stolen, all functions will shut down in 3 minutes and the police have been informed. He's on the phone to Orange as I type - not using his mobile though in case it stops working.

Best track pads I've used are PF97's - amazing performance. As already said though the brake dust/metal is very unfriendly to paint finishes. I never got on with Mintex 1177's. Another point worth making is...

Could be. Any sign of the emissions light coming on intermittently?
I put mine up on Sunday, asked for £16 for a month, but didn't go through to a way of paying?! The ad went on fine though. Odd, but I'm not complaining!
I agree with Revels - too minimalist for me, a photographer (unless you're as famous as David Bailey) needs some imagery on a business card. A clean and simple shot of clouds in the sky or the like could still keep the card looking minimalist.
Have you thought about what the card is to be made...
Mine's my daily and it's stripped out. It can get a bit boomy at 70-80mph especially going up hill, but on the whole I think it's fine and can be driven without drawing attention to itself. I've got a couple of videos on youtube, but I took the naughty ones off.
From what I know the soft does indeed have a middle silencer. That looks the same as mine and I bought the loud version. Still comes in under track day noise limits with the cat.
Rentech aren't the only good place down south. Add Mark Fish to the list of honest, genuine, specialists.
As for Fred, a great contributor to this site for many years and a huge help to many, many fellow enthusiasts. I've not heard a bad word said against him that holds water.
In my opinion...
