Exhaust thread, where did it go ?

It's still there, it's in engine and gearbox section. Mods will have moved it if you put it somewhere else.

    Chips away help

If you're keeping the car, cancel it, get it done at a decent bodyshop. Black + Smart repair + Chips Away = disaster.

    Phase 2 or 3

You can, as Scott says there was a Campus model before the really ugly one which was a weird mix of Ph2 and Ph3 stuff which ran from 55 to 56. My mates old one :

Solution! rear wiper, wiping the whole curve

I don't get how people end up with this problem. Both my Clios I've stuck Halfords own brand cheapo rear blades on and they all wipe the full curve.

    Restricting my 172.

Shouldn't go anywhere if it's just in for bodywork, just take note of the mileage before it goes in.

    172 Tuning

If it's just sheer power gains he's after he's likely to be dissapointed tbh, unless he gets lucky. F4Rs don't generally respond that well to tuning, but you do get the odd one out that will give a half decent gain without spending £3k+. If he wants more useable power however, RS tuner remap is...

Yozzasport stealth, according to their site it's as quiet as standard but will be 1000x better quality.

    172 on the m’way – too noisy….

Genuine Renault items are expensive aswell IIRC! Fit a second hand one, it'll fall off. Fit a non-gen one it will most likely be cack. Fit a Yozza and you won't ever need to replace it.

    172 on the m’way – too noisy….

Apparently Yozzasport Stealths are just as quiet as standard systems, but won't fall off like a standard system will.

Is it just me or do these spacers look dangerous?

You'd have to be retarded to put them on your car, seriously.

    Respray prices

In the bodyshop I work in, £2k minimum. You can get resprays for £600, but they will be sh*t.

    Scratched bumper

Bodyshop job I'm afraid. Could touch it up but I wouldn't bother, just wait till you've got the cash to sort it.

are wheel spacers safe on a track car?

    If they're 5mm you won't get hubcentric ones so I wouldn't bother.

    Bought a ph2 172 but

Stick the 182 manifold and a decat on the 172 and you have virtually the same car but with better looking wheels.
