    take battery out and use clean (pref distilled) water to clean it.. yes I know your gonna soak the phone again, but its not the water thats bad.. its all the minerals and debris that will be left behind after you dry the phone off ! As I said.. clean it in fresh clean water then leave it to dry...

    Mark on the wall eye level when standing.. mark on the wall eye level when sitting.. stick it half way between for best all round position.. The perfect position (which I think looks ghey) is middle of your plasma at eye level when sitting.

    Updates are NOT automatic !! If Itunes offers to update your phone ... say no.. job done. infact just go into itunes preferences and disable check for updates.

    It very much does matter if you redeclare html tags more than once.. especially if viewed in a browser that follows proper standards ! Do it right first time and save a headache later on !

    infact the div tags should go in the main file too lol.. your over complicating things that don't need to be ! just the <p>welcome to php include test blah blah blah blah blah</p> should go in the header.php file.. like so main file (now includes css from header and <div> tags from header)...

    No your putting too much in the include file.. you are declaring <head> <body> etc. twice ! Put the CSS in the header.php into the main php file, get rid of everything in the header.php file except for <div id="header"> <p>welcome to php include test blah blah blah blah blah</p>...

    localhost = the computer you are on now.. or if you upload the php script to another system locathost = that system.. localhost also = 127.0.0.1 (which is a local loopback address)

    I like to choose which extra's I want installed.. keeps it clean. As for rendering web pages, I can't say i've noticed any difference ? what sort of speed differences are we talking over an average web page ?

    I used to do video editing for a job.. Two peices of software Adobe Premier and Avid media editor will both do what you need.. Avid has the steeper learning curve though. You can probably find some crappy easy to learn software that will do it too though as pretty much any software will do it.
