Thats just the psychological effect of spending more money than you had to ;) you see it as better quality because you expect it to be.
Kinda like when you put a loud exhaust on your car it sounds like its going faster, even although that cherry bomb just lost you 10BHP ;)
lol.. just about ;)
Okay not completly pointless but its all to do with the streching of pixels. The reason HD is needed is telly's are so big that the standard resolution was looking poor when stretched to display on a 42" telly.
I dont think 720p to 1080p makes any real visable difference...
Which division of the US military is a moot point. The US have control over it and they can switch it off if and when they want. They tend to use localized GPS blackouts for the civilian GPS during conflicts though.
Hence the European Galileo system to rival the US and Russian versions.
Yes, the problem is your using hardware acceleration and as such, technically the video isnt there ! its displayed in a overlayed layer which your tv output doesnt display.
If you disable hardware acceleration the video will display correctly on your tv.
Nice edit ;)
I'll leave the rest of my post intact !
You have to understand because the clock speed is faster on the 5300 ram the time between the clock cycles is less on the faster ram therfor even although the CL is higher on the faster ram the cycles are faster than the slower ram meaning...
GPS is free becuase its run by the US army. If it was british.. you just know they would find a way to charge you.... The europeans dont seem to want to rely on something the US army can switch off on a whim so there is a european version called galleleo which should be comming online soon though.
Since v12 firmware, I can actually recommend this as a viable sat nav system. The voice guidance on smart2go is very loud so you can just chuck your phone on the passenger seat and listen to the instructions.
Worked well for me !
And yes the battery is an issue, buy a car charger...
*sigh*
The title on the main page.. and the 2nd line down in bold letters
"Free open-source disk encryption software for Windows Vista/XP/2000 and Linux"
http://www.truecrypt.org/ for encryption.
kensington locks to stop people walking off with laptops.. its not the best but it stops the opportunist thief.
You installed them both right ? not just saved them to your phone ?
Once you've installed both go to applications and then lightsaber... press the centre button to start up the lightsaber.
When People started calling it virgin and not telewest/blueyonder.. it got s**t.. and has stayed s**t..
Try a few speedtests on speedtest.net and then phone and complain.

Use your barcode scanner and you wont even have to type in the URL's. NOTE: I had to install the accelerometer API first even with the latest firmware.
Just installed the lightsaber app.. that is freaking cool PMSL !! am waving my n95 around the office right now..
Some funny looks but how freakin cool is that.. didnt even know it had an accelerometer !
Ye, v12 is latest and I would highly recommend it.. before the upgrade the GPS/Navigation was a gimmick at best.. now its a really useful tool ! The only problem with the phone that still remains is battery life.. which on a full charge the GPS nav will run down in 1.5-2 hours heh. So buy a car...
Just updated my 'normal' n95 to the latest firmware.. GPS is now top notch and get full locks on multiple sattelites indoors !! even having it next to the gearstick in the car it works great and never lost the signal once.
Junk the standard maps and get the new one from smart2go !
Fair enough. Most people just see quad core and think faster though without really giving it any thought as to whether they need it or even if the system can use it.
