There's lots of variables which can determine the price. Obviously different bodyshops have different rates of labour, some use cheaper or more expensive materials than others, use cheaper or more expensive paints/lacquers etc etc. We are also a small place, but we have a good reputation so...
I'd personally be swaying towards 2, you've already been there and know the work they produce is good and you're happy with it. It may be a little more costly than a couple of the others, but I say it time and time again you really do get what you pay for with bodyshops. As for asking about...
It can look OK on some silvers, but on Gris Boreal I don't think it works due to the amount of blue/gold there is through the colour aswell. I assume yours is Gris Boreal yeah?
If it's for your dipped beam, you need H7 fitment. I got mine of a guy on here who sells them, user name donsrno1. Good quality, easy to fit, and came with a guarantee too. May be worth firing him a pm.
Again, it depends what kit you have. If you have an HIDS4U kit, they supply new bulbs in every fitment. E.G here : http://www.hids4u.co.uk/replacement-bulbs-for-pro-plus-kit-c-26-p-1-pr-129.html
It all depends on what HID kit you have though, some are more complicated to change than others. I'd need to do a bit of wiring to change the bulb on mine.
I just tighten them right up until I can no longer move the bar. It's a bit brutal I know but we've never had any complaints of people having wheels falling off. I'd put a little copper grease on the bolts though or you may end up with them welding themselves to the paint.
This always happens when we powdercoat/refurb wheels at work, always have to tighten the bolts up a bit more than you would so they get through the new layer of paint/powdercoat to be tight to the hub.
All depends on how picky the MOT station is tbh, I've been through 2 now with my plates on that have no postcode etc on them, the rear one has an illegal badge aswell.
Always thought he was a bit of a spacker going by the stuff he posts. I lol quite a bit at what some people on here think is a good paint finish, but never say anything because it's usually their own car they're doing it on, it's the first time they've ever painted anything and at least they're...
My mate managed to go from 5th to 1st in his VTR a while back, all that happened was one of his HT leads popped off. I'd have thought being a Sh*troen it would have imploded there and then.
