They don't come on if you have your headlights on automatically, unless you turn the headlights to on aswell, maybe that's what you did wrong? It's hard to explain.

Yes it's normal, and that is the exact reason for it, painted plastic is always a slightly different shade to painted metal. Hondas are the worst for bumpers not matching the metal wings/quarters.

There's a list a mile long of what it could be, poor application, applying while still wet, not degreasing first etc etc Basically your prepping has not been good enough, start again and be more careful this time. Either that or you're using emulsion or something.

Lunar Grey with red bits like already said! White is "in" just now but will be out of fashion again pretty soon I reckon. There's already a few white 1*2s but AFAIK there aren't any in Lunar Grey.
