My dad uses that on his bike, I guess for your purposes it might do the job, its not that strong so it certainly won't cause any damage. Worth a squirt Rodney.
Yep clay seems to do the job 99% of the time for me, even on terrible looking alloys.
But I have done some cars which have lost their protection (probably from using acid wheel cleaners) and the brake dust seems to have properly bonded with the metal of the alloy itself, which I found near...
Onyx is a decent step up from 50/50, but they aren't the most durable waxes for this time of year, so you should use a more durable one unless you are planning on washing regularly, which isn't always possible or desirable this time of year.
However you could try layering the 50/50 you...
WD40 is pretty good, not that durable but adds a nice wetness to the plastic, and beads water as good as or better than anything else I have used on the plastics, it is designed to displace water after all...
Not tried half as many waxes as Rich but got the Onyx on his recommendation and it is the nuts. Maybe if I had a show car which never got driven there would be some additional benefit in getting a "top end" wax but for the money its brilliant.
If you have slightly less though I would go for the...
^ You know Sodium Chloride is just common salt though right? Its not THAT bad (Although wouldn't be washing my car with it - it is designed or dishes after all!)
G220 is meant to be better in most ways, e.g. more power and less vibration, cheaper as no transformer required, good build...but probably not a lot in it really. If I was buying now though I would definitely go for the Megs product though over the Porter Cable.
Yeah a lot of people still seem to use some Fairy in a dishbowl, an old sponge and a hose with a dirty old leather that has been handed down generations.
I remember using this process when I was about ten on my Mum's black 3 Series at the time, that I started on a BOILING hot day and got bored...
I signed with them early on and was BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had the mispleasure of facing. What was worse was you have to pay THEM for it...was terrible, literally zero reception and as said the customer services team were probably hired from prisons to save money.
Even if they...
FM I think saying cinemas are too expensive isn't true, you were factoring in taxis too...why not drive there?? I do think the food is a joke though, but £10 each for a couple of hours relaxing in a decent cinema is worth it, assuming the film is decent. A much more involving experience no...
I must admit I like owning physical CDs, DVDs and games, just to browse and have something tangible if nothing else. But, if there is a CD I want, especially, and it costs £15 in HMV or free over the net, then obviously the latter is the way to go. I do like to buy CDs though especially for up...
I did valeting at a dealers for a year and its soul destroying. You have to use inferior products to keep a healthy profit margin, and don't have long enough to get any car up to what is possible. The dealer valet we had was £250 and I can count the amount of full valets we got this way on one...
As said I would find out hat she wants doing first before starting and agree a price. Work out a minimum level of services you will include, anything extra you want to do to make a favourable impression is up to you.
And as Paul said, no point waxing if your not polishing. Even just AG SRP...
That has just turned a horrible car (well its a Vauxhall) to a nice car (the VXR part) then in one fell swoop back into one of the gayest things I have seen for a while. The fact he has ALL the toys sitting in the back with him is a bit creepy and that badge is awful! :dead:
Not really sure what you mean here? There should be an update of the software for your particular iPod on the Apple site, it should ask you when you plug your iPod into iTunes.
Edit: Think I know what you mean, and they are different products with different specs so its a no as far as I know.
And then kill your gf's brother for messing it about...I would be VERY annoyed if someone a. was playing with stuff like that on my PC and b. left it for me to sort out!
I use Collinites 476s on silver as its ultra durable and adds a great gloss finish. If you do a search on here on the Boxster S I did you can see how it looks...
I was told this by someone on Richer Sounds, but even if they share 90% of the components, then the 10% difference shows, the picture on the Bravias is instantly better than the Samsung competitor. Not aaying Samsung is bad but to me the Bravias have the best colours going, although thats for a...
