Yeah that should be fine, I haven't used it with any Dodo Juice waxes and it worked well.
It's meant to leave a good base for waxes as it bonds with them or something where as most glazes (not all, think the Moose glaze and wax works well together) don't bond that well with waxes.
Smells good...
I need to get this at some point too.
Ali do you have a foam lance yet? If not get one, awesome piece of kit once you get it working! Then get the Wax version of Snow Foam and try out that Lime Lite product if its out yet.
Should have enough change for a Pukka Pie :D
Yeah thats true, you might know more than me but did the team behind the company invent the name "Dodo Juice" and the concept or not, because it sort of seems like the kind of thing an agency has come up with who didn't entirely understand the business and stuff. I could well be wrong and don't...
I find it all pretty confusing, I mean I get the concept but I just don't think it appeals really. Although at the end of the day, the products speak and I guess if it gets people talking about the brand then it serves a purpose.
Their website is "interesting" though...
No worries Michael, I am very impressed with it TBH. I think if you had any more power you would just end spraying foam everywhere rather than the car...I keep spunking over my neighbours house as it is!
Think the Karcher I have cost £60 or something like that from Argos.
DodoJuice is a s**t name IMO for a company but they have some good names for their products (actually "banana armour" does make me smile every time I see it...:o)
Merci my friend! Yeah I like the subtle look on it (not to mention that can't afford any big mods right now :(). Your car is "alright" too....I might consider a swap?!
Not really too sure about old school mk 1 Clios but for 172s...well I quite like mine  only a few subtle mods such as splitter, silvervisions and white sidelights, new headunit and tyres, but its fooking MINT in condition.
182s, tough call but maybe Rich's for its perfect finish or...
As promised...can't remember what dilution rate I had it at but you get the idea...plenty powerfull enough for cleaning cars whilst still being relatively safe...
The Karcher:
In action:
Mine is 110 bar pressure which is plenty powerfull enough and still small enough to fit in the car boot if needed.
Any more powerfull is a bit dangerous IMO, we used to use one at work which was the size of a small car, weighed a ton and could go up to 90 degrees. Sometimes it pulled paint of...
Try using 2 layers of 476s as it adds to the looks and makes it virtually bombproof.
If you apply it thinly enough you can use it on your windows and lights too, and also very good on wheels.
Ah fair play I didn't know that as I was looking at a Halfords one before I got the Karcher but no one seemed 100% sure if any of the fittings worked or not. Too late now though!
Collinites is great for gloss and durability, only downfall is muting the flake a little on metallic finishes but that won't matter on a white.
Not used Supernatural yet myself but you will probably find that a high end wax like that won't add as much as a difference as it would on a darker...
I wasn't being a dick I was saying that it is, in my opinion to say "hi I want x but I don't want to pay for x" is a bit cheeky to people that don't know you and I said on the same post to check Detailing World which is what you have just said.
I am always on here trying to give "HELPFUL"...
I would get my own to be honest, it is expensive and takes time to learn, but it will last for ages so is cost effective over the long term. Plus even if you get your paint 100% it will always get some scratches and swirls over time so you can remove them yourself.
i4detailing seem to have the...
Haha fair play. Where is Malmesbury though mate never heard of it before?
TBH if your paint is in bad nick I would get someone to do it properly then you can look after it yourself. If you don't know what your doing you can make a lot of mess, and if you haven't used one before then people...
TBH I wouldn't lend my PC and pads to anyone unless they knew what they were doing as its pretty expensive piece of kit.
And after your cheeky remark, you can go PC yourself ya tosspot!
The system will be hard pressed to beat Collinites 476/ DodoJuice Blue Velvet topped with Swisswax Onyx on darker colours but will be interested to get a few people's opinions on it.
Translates as: Hi, I don't know any of you, can I have something for nothing please?? ANYONE?!?
Dreamer! ;)
Maybe try looking on Detailing Wolrd mate, don't know where your from to be honest?!
Please let me know what you get offered as it seems new customers still get a better deal despite what they say! I get same deal as you except I pay £32 a month on 18 month contract.
100% the one to go for...Cup spoiler looks ok on white ones but still think this one is much more subtle and inkeeping with the rest of the car's design.
I was! But that was because it didn't fit, and I still think for what it is its a rip off, materials wouldn't cost any more than £5-10 I imagine, no patented parts as far as I can see and only a bit of assembly I imagine. I didn't dare tell my mum how much it actually cost she would have killed...
Dirty b*****d!!!
Er no not at the moment mate, its raining outside and I am (meant to be) writing an essay, I will next time I use it though which will be some time next week now.
Need to get more Snow Foam though in the meantime!
