Hi Rob,
Now your getting Club members into trouble by using their accounts.. bad boy. If you continue to use JillyBs account I will have no option but to suspend it indefinatly. Be it on your head.
I get the same thing if I am going round a long tight bend at high speed..
I just put it down to fluid movement cause it goes away as soon as it straightens up... checked all my fluids though and they were fine.

I would wait until youre 21 then watch the premium half.
That doesnt happen till your 25 im afraid... you will notice no, or very little drop going from 20 to 21.
Forgot to post this one..

You were comming down the sliproad giving it laldy, with a scooby in hot pursiut. That colour looks superb in real life !
Didnt you used to own a silver 172 ?
Its a common fault, had it happen on my one aswell. If you have to pay for a new wheel (thumb grips are not replaceable on there own) your looking at £250+
They have no problem keeping up with a CTR, the CTR would start to pull away slowly over 100mph though.
Hey, at least if you do look like an idiot in one no-one is gonna say anything to your face ;)
I have the same HU in my 172 aswell. It took less than 5 minutes to fit and that included fitting the stalk and screen adapter.
Its a quality unit but you deffinatly need a sub to get the most out of it.
I just got a lifedrive + navman bluetooth gps + tomtom 5 + all the speed camera POIs and it works brill.
(okay so its palm not symbian, but the theory is the same)
KnightAzul. The mods are not stuipd (seriously, were not ;))
If you want to ask about a whistling noise fair enough.. the racing tale has to go though.
Yep the glide strip is a doddle to use, and yes you can buy the interface to retain the dash display and stalk controls.
I got both my HU and the adapters from www.caraudiodirect.co.uk
Basically when the unit powers up it says ALPINE in the bit where the standard HU would normally display...

CDA-9853R. No adaptor but then Id not get to play with the glide strip if i had one.
I knew Id cave in too, Im sooooo weak.
I got the full adapters for display + stalk, but I still play with the glide strip ;)
Yep, had the same problem.. you need a new wheel as it isnt sold seperatly (and even if it was you cant just change the rubber grips)
New from renault your looking at £250+ depending on which model (cruise control etc)
