1. yes, you wont have the Clio OE headunit -> Sony changer adapter, which are about £50 last time i checked
you can get an Alpine setup from your local Motor World for £179.99 which includes all the cables/adapters you need, if its cheaper elsewhere they would probably price match it, can...
not that ive fitted these cables before myself, but does that red cable need to be connected to a live ?....and it has 2 wires so it can be used as a pass through aswell so you dont need to cut anything ?

you can just about do it with your wheel on full lock
get on the ground, get your wheels on full lock, where the suspension strut attaches to the hub by 2 bolts, its the distance between the centres of those 2 bolts
if you need all those features then your probably gonna end up with a Clifford, get it fitted somewhere proper though as ive heard a lot of stories about them going off all the time if fitted poorly
