k tec are much better than prima, k tec may be expensive, but mainly most of the stuff is exclusive to them, i have bought loads from k tec and i dont mind paying more for them as there service is great.
just doing the same my self, got some girling calipers, some brembo discs (not drilled or grooved) and some pagid pads, should all be fitted by tomorrow, got some dot 5.5 brake fluid also.
if u saw the PGTI there was a ren 5 gtt on the cover with polo headlights, he needed to put indicators somewhere else, he gots some leds and put them in the grille.

i have wrapped my tubular manifold and down pipe on my new engine, but as its turbo it needed it, keeps temps down alot though, after a good rag before when u stopped and opened the bonnet a massive wave of heat hit u, but now it dont seem to hot at all.
u need to get under the car, there are 4 bolts on the standard seats that bolt them to the floor, undoo all 4 bolts then the standard seats will pull out, u then need to remove the runners from the seats 4 more hex screws (i think) then bolt the h frames u got from deamon tweaks to the bottom of...
dont get them, not the best build quality and people have so much hassle with them cos of the indicators on em, if u want quads get morrets and go to bmw and buy the angel eye halo they fit straight in to the morret and look 100% better!

heh get a turbo and see the sh*t that comes out then :D always fun leaving it in a car park for ages and starting it giving it a couple revs driving off and seeing a nice white car with black carbon sprayed up it :D
the bearing it self is like 20 quid i think, most places will charge u 90-150 quid for parts and labour, if however u were to go to halfords and buy a bearing yourself, then take you wheel hub off and go to a fabrication company or some mechanics, and ask them to pull the old bearing and press...
the r tec clio V6 has some tsw 19s on it and it looks MUCH better with the 19s on it, and it has a wicked 1 big bolt to remove to get em off, like an f1 car :D
