That means it is not on your usenet providers site, however try editing your server settings making sure they are correct. And also turn on advanced debugging that might give you some more information. Try downloading other stuff as well to see if the problem is just with one download.
If you are using newsleecher go into the log and see what it says in there. Will most likely say that the article is not on the server. Meaning you will need to look for another version of it.
I have been with giganews, newshosting & easynews. All of them were good giganews was the fastest and obviously has the best retention & completion but i am with Easynews as the support is fab and being there 6 years i get plenty of extra gigs :)
You would need a lot of par files to fix that many blocks!!
Suggest you find another copy of whatever you are downloading. There are loads of ways of searching usenet what do you use?
If your company is not going to invest in a decent reporting tool like promodag (like mine) then you will have to script it. Exchange 2007 is much easier to do this type of thing but it is not impossible in 2003. All the exchange information can be accessed via WMI i can send you some starting...
Yes they will work and you wont really see any performance drop as it is all to do with memory bandwidth and all single GPU cards dont even come close to maxing out the bandwidth, just check you have a 16x slot.
Same model, they can be different makes as Darren has said.
Dont forget to get a decent power supply if you are going down the SLI route as a low wattage one would not be enough to power it you need at least 700-1000 watt to be safe and able to upgrade to newer cards as and when.
Yeah sorry i meant with ATI you can have one top end card for example 3870x2 and then pair it with a something a lot less powerfull.
Vista 64 and crossfire are ok, but unless the drivers and the games are compatable you wont use the slave card so you are limited, they update the game profiles...
Re: The "To be announced" game I couldn't name.....
looks awful!
At 0.46 you can see the man through the wall! And seems like the explosions are the same every time?
Only certain games are scalable to SLI/CrossFire. Make sure if you are getting SLI that you get a decent motherboard with 2 x 16 speed PCIe slots.
I prefer Crossfire but that is because it is less fussy about the "slave" card meaning it can be a different brand or even a different model...
You see that is why i said it is good that Hyper-V is free!
ESX is not that expensive really, considering the features that you get but i do get to spend government money so yes budget is not really a problem :)
you have answered it yourself by saying you only want samsung, because the samsung plasma's suck and they have moved there focus to LCD (for home users anyway).
Anyone got this kit? I am after some advice to get some discs and pads that do not make any noise. The ones GDI fitted make a terrible racket and i have finally had enough.
