You could probs get away with 215's but 205's are generally the max size fitted to a small hatch to keep in nimble
If its lowered wider tyres will probs catch on the liners alot during manouvers
I saw that the day it arrived at a salvage yard in scotland still covered in mud it was then sold the the current seller who has put a new wind screen in and one door glass and renewed the steering wheel airbag and dashboard airbag. If i remember right the drivers seat airbag was also deployed...
Where abouts are you?
I've got a standard Cat back system you can have for £50
If you're near newcastle there's a place that does hand made systems (as loud or quiet as you like) fitted cheaper than you'll buy a aftermarket system off the shelf
Ben's on about 400bhp
Not much you can do a 1.4 in terms of power increase
Best bet is loose some weight improve the brakes and handling and it'll be a far more capable car
Mint mate i'll buy it next month for a look
People either understand your car straight away or it goes over their head
Its getting f4r conversion with a twist unless somethings changed, i'm sure winston will confirm
What adapter part do I need to connect a Cup spoiler to my normal 172 as the connectors are different on the two different types of brake light
Also where can I get the connector? as presumably its just an off the shelf general electrical part
Cheers
Your car is ET45
172 Cup Turinis are ET38.5
Trophy Turinis are ET45
You'll get away with the Cup alloys so long as its not lowered much but ideally the Trophy wheels really then you can lower it as much as you like
