Just seems strange that they would publish a figure like that, and give the claimed top speeds for the others.
Sure is a lot to shell out fof the Works kit...
TimO172,
Those who can, do. Those who cant, just talk rubbish. Dont worry about them.
Have you gottten out on a tack yet? If you like the quarter youll love the track.

Most so-called warped discs are just the result of pad material bonding to the disc. My Willy had this problem with the stock Renault pads but not at all with Ferodo DS 2000 pads. The stock pads were good for about a day at the ring but the Ferodos go forever.
An interesting note is that the drag with the windows open can be even higher than that imposed buy the AC compressor. A car with the windows open can be slower and consume more fuel than one with the windows up and AC on!
Of course the best solution is windows up and no AC, but that can get...
Jas,
No. The ring is just too handy and with a Jahreskarte, the more laps I do the less they cost me. At least that is how I rationalise my behaviour...

Hi All,
Just to let you know. In conjunction with Renault UK we have a track evening at Donnington park on 4th September. Click the link for more details. Hopefully we can get a good number of spiders out on the track and show these little Clios what we are made of...
yeba,
I was in Lubjana a few years ago and was realy impressed with the country. Ill bet there ar some great roads up in the mountains.
Welcome to the EU.
Mine had over 111,000 on it when i sold it. 2,500 of those miles would have been done on the ring. It was still on the original dampers, second clutch, third cat and still going strong. Gearbox whined a bit and third gear synchro was a bit dodgey but that was about all that was wrong with it.
I have never had a bird who I wouldnt let drive any of my cars. I know a good many guys I wouldnt want to drive my cars but I figure most woman can drive and if they arent overly confident, at least they wont try anything really stupid. Guys, on the other hand, all think they are Michael...
evilowl,
You may think that your car stopped faster due to your downshift, but any modern car has brakes that are more than up to the task and would have stopped you just a quickly without the damage. The limiting factor is the mechanical grip and friction between you tyres and the road...
Damn, that is a great price. Im sure the strong Euro is working against me , but that is almost €1,000 less than the price Ive got here! And they took a trade...wow!
Usually the cars used in purse snatchings are stolen as well. They dont use their own cars. They tend to go for ordinary cars so that when the car is described, it would match hundreds of others. They may well be b******s, but they are not necessarily stupid b******s.
I sold my Willy just before Easter with a new timing belt installed for about £4,400. It was high mileage and needed a bit of work, possibly a new gearbox in the near future, the dampers sere the originals and needed replacement.
If you are handy, it is a great car. Ive not driven a more...
