The polysport bushes do not fit the williams atall. I have checked with them and they are the right codes, but they do not in any way fit on a williams (not mine anyway).
I have standard tyres on both my williams. Not sure what other tyres are like, but the michelin ones seem expensive. I too would keep the original tyre as all the development work on the car was done with these tyres. Not sure if changing them would be a great idea.
Whats the sticky tape (double sided) that hold trim / spoilers on clios etc called? Where is best place to get it? I need some for my spoiler and trim.

Is the williams glass slightly smoked? Something looks different between my williams and the back of a valver, but i cant put my finger on what? I know the spoiler is different.
I am going to pick up a phase 1 valver tailgate tomorrow from Paul Mitchell. What do i need to do to attatch it to my williams? Ie what tools? DO i just bolt it on?
Also apart from the williams sticker, is the tailgate identical to the williams one?

Go out and wash the salt off your car. Splash a bucket on the allloys and one under each arch. If you dont think that salt is that bad, consider that they cant put salt on runways because it damages the planes. IT WILL EAT YOUR CAR.
I dont see performance increasing substantially. Most old school hatches will keep with or out perform modern equivalents. The cars now are less raw and more refined. The area that has improved is possibly safety. But even this is arguable point.
