The clutch of my high milage williams seems a bit harsh. In low gears when i change up, i lift my foot slowly off the clutch pedal and the clutch engages in a pretty violent manner (ie it seems to jolt on). The best way to describe it is when your watching a race car from on board and the driver...

Yeah original renault shocks, i have the box infront of me. No its my 0200. But feels almost as good now. I used genuine renault front pad / discs and lucas rear pads. Brakes are amazing.

They are rusting fast in this cold weather. New discs dont rust as quick, due to the surface being slightly resistant to oxidation. The older they get IMO the faster they rust up in this kind of weather. Dont think its means they are worn though.
Basically-
1. Easy to get off. Just a bit of wd 40 the night before on nuts as thet will have rusted.
2. Try not to round off the nuts for obvious reasons. Use a six sided socket not a 12 sided as youll round the nuts more easily with a 12, and then it becomes a hard job as difficult to get...
What would be a better package / which would you have?
1. A 182 with cup suspension (16k + a bit?)
2. A cup with RSport ECU, filter, decat and zorst (price 11k?)
For looks id take a cup (got to love those wheels and that blue)
For price id take a cup (4k ish saving)
For speed...
LOL, mines in the garage at the moment. They found a big crack in the manifold. Im getting mine welded, but they said it was easy to get off. 2.0 16v, speak to Paul Mitchell about the manifiolds, i spoke to him at the weekend and he was very helpful.
