i spun on corner and lost the back end. three was 3 accidents all on the same corner that weekend so there must of been some spiliage on the road. went backwards into hedge and then went front ways,lol.

just use the mounts whhich u use for your existing mounts. use the mounts either side on the seat and then the mounts for rear seat belts.

whats the easiest way to get the stub axel off? Is it tricky.

cheers, i'm going to try and get a second hand beam, sand it and respray it. I can see scuff marks on it from where it got hit, looks a bit bent aswell.

cheers fred, what would i do without you. Really wish i hadn't put my car in a hedge. Worst of all my Kona and mates Gt bikes were on the back which are now mangled. I have had a good feel of the joint but couldn't see anything, I will try again. Thanks Shaw

i have got a load of grease behind my OSF alloy which i presume has come from the cv joint as the cv boot gaitor looks intack, no splits etc. It can only be the cv joint in that area can't it? How easy are they to change and the procedure? Thanks Shaw

I had a bit of an incident with a hedge and a bag piece of road which has left my car poorly. My rear wheel is sitting at an angle like its toeing in at the top. Someone said it could be torsion bar knackered, is this right?

This is going to some really dumm but what is the section of the chassis called where the backbox to middle section pipe bends over on the mk2 172.

anyone know of any breakers in west mids/worcestershire area with a 172 in stock which is open of a sunday, urgently need some parts. Or even a normal clio will do.

I have a slight problem and wondering if any of you can shed any light. When i put my head lights on my interior dials and digital display (radio, temp etc) dims. only started doing it the last few days. Anyone got any ideas?
