Rear wheel toes in at top

Car  307 hdi (powered by derv)
I had a bit of an incident with a hedge and a bag piece of road which has left my car poorly.

My rear wheel is sitting at an angle like its toeing in at the top. Someone said it could be torsion bar knackered, is this right?

You mean it has negative camber? Toe in is whether they point in or out - like the toes on your feet depending on the way you stand! :clown: lol

ok then, thats what i meant sorry. My toes are manky, lol.

Any ideas to what it could be?

bent rear stub + new wheel bearing = £100 approx

bent rear beam = £500ish for a NEW one (complete with discs, calipers etc etc etc) from Matt black

all + labour

cheers, i'm going to try and get a second hand beam, sand it and respray it. I can see scuff marks on it from where it got hit, looks a bit bent aswell.

stub axle is easy to get off

remove central hub nut, remove rear caliper, remove disc, undo 4 star bolts (from behind)

hey presto

you'll struggle to get a straight ream beam from a breakers, as i say a COMPLETE rear beam from Matt black is the cheapest (NEW!! with EVERYTHING, brake lines, calipers, discs, bearings etc etc all NEW)
