just had this trouble myself there is a link in the steering uj take the colum out and clamp it in the vice and weld it up all it is is a peice of rubber that is is supposed to supress noise it wears and wobbles like a b**ch. mine is great now only downside is you got an ocasional vibration but...

you should get at least 150 probaly more but be warned you will still get beaten by standard valvers trust me ask chavvy boy

yeah it will be noticable but like you say lots of money coz i got my parts cheap and done it all my self the ful conversion only cost me about £ 600 - 700 fitted which aint bad if he wants the parts i can supply them mail me

i could be wrong but from my own experiences it dosent affect braking which way they go on only the way you have them causes more noise under braking like i say i could be wrong lets ask ben ???

you plumb it into your brake line can be used for locking front or rear wheels for warming tyres/burnouts etc basicaly like a hand brake but a hydraulic one

thanks people i have got a k-tec zorst which is larger than standard bore so i expect the torque to be down also it has only 1 box in it.

rite people does this sound ok iv got a 1.8 16v its got cams pbv stage 2 chip zorst airfilter with cold air box its got 151 bhp at the flywheel and 120lb of torque at 6851rpm does this sound ok or should i play with the cam timing etc ??

unsileneced k-tec systems are f**king loud sound nice too
