Unfortunately, I believe we will see the main thrust of Renaults participation in the WRC shift from the Clio S1600 to the Megane which will get the requisite 4x4 and turbo. Only for the works cars though, just like Citroen, Peugeot, Hyundai and Ford.

The most important thing is the outside diameter or circumference of the tyre. There are tyre charts which show the different sizeds wheels and tyres so that you can match the original OD. Keep the OD the same and the gearing and speedo will be more or less spot on.

I noticed that my clock had lost about 5 hours yesterday. Everything else was normal, and I reset it. It is indicating the proper time today.

Hey, if you are secure enough, you can drive the poofiest car and not worry. I had a Frogeye and a 930 at the same time. The birds liked the frogeye better. Just the opposite of what I would have thought...

You dont need a fast car to have fun there. There are plenty of corners to entertain you in most anything. Far better to learn the track in something slow before moving up.
Ive looked on the Renault-Sport site and they have all their motorsport cars listed complete with specs including the Group N Clio. What they dont have is any way of contacting them! Very frustrating. And I couldnt get the documents to work with acrobat...
Elise for fun. Like the lads say though, if it is your only car that might be just a bit impractical. If your budget stretches to a good Elise, you could buy a decent Scooby or Evo if you are feeling the need for 4 doors. There are plenty of them out there...
