From my E36 M3 Owners Manual:
0-100km/h 5.5
0-120km/h 7.5
80 - 120km/hr in 4th gear 5.7
Standing start kilometre 24.7
These are the usual conservative figures that the Germans put out. It is usually very easy to beat them.
Subarus and Evos are real cars! And many are driven by very good drivers. I only saw one other Willy and probably 3 172s at the ring last year but at least 100 Scoobys. And some were absolutely flying!
About a year ago I went in to the local Renault dealer to try out a 172, but it had been rolled into a ball the night before. It seemed to stand up pretty well.
They are quick. Depending on the model. On a twisty road things are pretty close and I had a lot of fun a couple years ago chasing a 172 with my Sport Evolution which is the top of the E30 range. The difference between front and rear drive was quite striking especially in a few damp hairpins...
They could very well have been running your plate number and keeping you in view untill the report came back. Might have been a car like yours reported stolen or used in a crime somewhere. You never know. That could have been the reason they were ignoring the other speeding cars as well.

I just used some baby wipes for thier intended purpose. The stuff was pretty well baked on.
They took it off no problem so a few bugs should be a piece of cake. Never tried them for insects before...
I would never treat my car to a pressure washer if I wanted the paint to last. Any grit...
Im not sure but it appears that Tirabassi/Renucci are eligible for the championship but that Jean Joseph/Boyere are not as they are left out of the S1600 results.
A bit confusing that...

The roads looked very rough. As bad as the Safari or Paris-Dakar in spots and the speeds seems very slow as well.
Just weighed my spare discs. The two in the box come to about 9.2 kg. They are slightly worn but well within specifications. The pads wouldnt even register on the scale but must be in the region of 800g.
Im not going to weigh the calipers as they are on the car.
Now those are bathroom...
So what site do all you use for image hosting? I seem to be having problems with imagestation. It works for a while and then the photograph diasappears!
Its my birthday as well...
Not quite as exciting as a 21st, but what the hell, it beats the alternative.
Getting a Jahreskarte for a gift though. That will come in handy!
About 200 laps of the ring...
Probably the best was passing a prepped 911 with the driver wearing a helmet and firesuit. And us four up with the kids in the back cheering.
Jeremy,
I wonder if maybe you can help me out here. I am looking for a parts list or catalogues of the Renault Sport parts for either my Willy or the Cup/Ragnotti.
I have tried various email addresses at Renault to no avail thus far. My local dealer here doesnt want to know about any...
Hey ClioJohn, £2,400 to fix isnt that bad these days. Hope you dont have to kick too much in, and that they are kind to you on the insurance quotes for the next few years. At least nobody was hurt.
The central locking is acting up a bit. One or the other door lock buttons seems only to go half way up on the first try and on subsequent tries when it finally unlocks I get into the old emergency flashers and all that stuff when I start the car. Any hints?
Also the little mirror adjuster...
