So ive been told, i think your right. Lets face it £1000 for 15 BHP is alot. I wouldnt mind spening the £400 on head work if it gave 10 BHP but i dont see it happening.
Anyone done this? If so how good value for money is it? I want more speed but dont want to shell out £1000. I would prefere to spend £500. Any ideas? Ive looked into head work, but apparently not really worth it in the WIlliams. ;-(
So ur saying there is no difference between 95 RON fuel and 98 RON fuel @ benr? What about running 90 RON fuel then? Jap cars are meant to run 100 RON fuel thats what their engines are designed for (imported scoobs etc), as jap fuel is 100 RON. Adding toluene increases the RON (apparently, or...

2. Overpriced performance (blew away a Cooper the other day in my £999 CRX)
3. They are big but called a mini (only Germans could get...
"Unlike the similarly powered Focus 170, the more compact dimensions of the 206 enhance its agility and it is immediately apparent why the car is a popular choice for those who desire yet another boring warm hatch clone.
The 2.0 litre four cylinder engine develops 180 bhp at 7,000 rpm with...
Can someone explain in simple terms what the theory behind this thing is? Whats the technical reason it is supposed to work and what is the technical reason it doesnt work?
Maybe some entrepreneaur should buy a load of Cups, stick a spare in them, and sell them at a price half way between a cup price and a 172 price, for a bit of a profit.;)
Ive got a poping sound coming from the engine at high revs as i accelerate. My initial thoughts were a miss fire? Is this likely. There is a concomitant loss of power with the noise. If not any other suggestions. I have got new plugs and HT leads and im just about to go out and change them.
