I watched the EVO one, must of been fun chasing it :D
Nice lines, but if you can take some hints..dont be afraid to use the kerb as you come down pilgrims rise. In a RWD you would of been facing the other way if you took the kerb out of druids, and especially if wet its a real no-no. It is an...
Cool cars but i dont see the point in having such similar ones..
I liked that special edition Saxo which was a two tone grey, sounds boring but it looked nice. I wouldnt choose black and white but i cant fault your wheel choices!
Mind if i ask how much the Saxo cost all in?

Not me you sad c**t.
Sorry to hear the news Bailey, my dad had a few bits nicked once and never got them back..i guess without proof youre a bit buggered. I keep about 30 CDs in my car, theyre my world! So before my car goes in for a service i take everything out. I know i cant trust them as...
The slow Subarus are so unbelievably gay...the last time i drove one was at castle combe and the thing was a horrible slow piece of poo. In laymans terms, that means it was sh*t!
Do not get confuse it with the higher powered STI+ versions, youll be disappointed after having the Cup.

So is your budget the 180bhp Leon? Unless i had a family i consider them far too big and heavy to be considered a hot hatch.
For that price a 172 is good value really, especially as you can get extendable warranties now. The problem is, once youve bought it it will be worth nothing.

I think people are forgetting being called a Williams doesnt make it a great car. I think the Cup brand is a good one. Unfortunately theyve already diluted that image by bringing out the pointless 182 Cup.
If the F1 cars went back to being Williams-Renault i think it would be stupid NOT to...
How did you beat the system? At 18 i was refused by every single company for a quote, i didnt get an absurd quote, i got told there was no chance. I guess its down to going onto your parents insurance? I cant see a paper round paying for it..

The most likely thing is the summer tyre thing, sometimes mytyres tells you if its an all season/summer/winter tyre.
The Clio hasnt got wide tyres really, it should technically be alright. Skinny tyres as possible you want, and something that can pull a higher gear. I had to slip the clutch a...
It must be a great car to be worthy of putting it in the Clio Discussion section!
Congratulations..
How much did you get for the DCI in the end? About what you were asking?

As Griff says, what happens if you hit one of them and the other three deck you! Or you get nervous and grab it off you...youd be well and truly done for.
Same with Iains comment, if they know where you live, surely theyll just kill you another day?!
Its defo best to just give it up, failing...
Id normally agree but in this case i would claim they were fitted from new. Is it any different that i have 17 inch factory wheels instead of the standard 15s? Did all 182 owners with the Cup pack mention their wheels are painted a different colour?

I appreciate the attention aspect of it (goes with the RAC shade of orange and bling bling alloys) but its just ridiculous, like slapping on a V12 6.0 badge. I know youd say that youre not trying to make a Clio look like a supercar but it is giving that impression out, and its a bit stupid IMHO...
I sold my 1.216v for just under £5500 (to someone on here). I had loads of calls before and after selling it, a girl even cried on the phone that it was sold! Funnily enough, Autotrader valued it at a grand left but Renault Dealers were selling crap spec Clios for over £5k and same with some...
That does look quite good i reckon, mean...but just never wear a baseball cap whilst driving, as youve then instantly turned the Clio Sport into a chavmobile.
Ive seen a couple of Cups with big wheels and pikey drivers, looks like theyve starting becoming too cheap now.

Id hold on till theyre a year old and snap up a second hand one. You can get an extended warranty so i dont see the point in wasting your money unless you can get a very good new deal.

People at work didnt like my Clio when it was modified..i could see their point, i was slightly embarrased of looking like a boy racer to clients and started reversing my car into my space so no one saw the exhaust! Everyone loves the Mini though..:)

It really isnt making sense that a performance Clio owner, not the safest or most responisble car to own, wants to deny free will.
G - Your arguement doesnt make a whole lot of sense either, someone in a Mk1 Golf would probably be totalled by someone in a Mk5 Golf in the event of the crash...
True, but then im sure plenty of older cars are just as bad in braking and in crashes.
Personally i think the whole 4x4 debate is given too much attention, last night i was behind a girl in her Corsa and almost went into the back of her due to her having one brakelight that barely worked, and...
Well the Focus was developed for its power, the Clio isnt.
On Thursday i saw a Subaru all tarted up and the owner was a 50 year old wearing a Subaru jacket. The rally sl*gs really are so not cool.
