you could always just convert the bottom end. it gives just as good gains as a complete williams engine, will work out a lot cheaper, plus you get to keeep hold of your original head(so you know the history) all that you need for the conversion is a 2l bottom end, starter motor and chip to suit...
ric wood tuning is very close to me. This guy knows what he is on about, always has massive powered cars there, TVRs, big american V8s etc. he prepares them for rallying. I have only used him a couple of times cos he aint cheap, but to chat to he seems like he really knows his stuff.
