    what has everyone got planned to get done to there cars before summer? im thinking along the lines of; leather interior? khan steering wheel get wheels painted white? Stage 2 hill power conversion/2L bottom end/turbo conversion? or none of the above :D

    i had this with my old RT, i had some head work done and had oil in the header tank, the car ran fine and was infact fine but the sight of oil in the header tank put many people off buying it. I just dont understand why the guy who knows what hes on about doesnt just flush the rad? it is simple...

    Clio 16V 0-60 in 9.6

    have hit flat 7s, on a stop watch. best time, i got a ridiculously good start and stop watch said 6.5!! but probably more like 7, i try not to be optomistic either, start stop watch b4 i drop clutch and stop mailto:it@7000rpm">it @ 7000rpm in second gear, defintly break the 8sec barrier though...

    on the topic of valver prices dropping, was offered £5500 for mine a couple of months ago and just rcently offered £5000 for it and im not trying to sell it!! nothing stupid on it either mod wise just super clean and very low mileage, oh and reciepts coming out of its exhaust

    mitsi, if all the pipes need are flushing, why hasnt he done this already? oil in the header means blown head gasket or bad head work. it could be the remains of engine work but will need doing as it will effect cooling majorly

    CLEAN 16v

    Steve, its lowered on KTR/GAZ coilovers, about 40mm at front and around 65(?) at back, didnt lose any performance from running the 16" wheels, i think my tyrs are 195/45/16? (complete guess)

    "ALL" clio owners i have spoken to, old and new, copmplain about reverse crunching, mine does and it only has 24K on the clock........but first is another story, take it back if its still under warranty

    i was having my car washed the other day and they put some foam stuff on my wheels, turning them white......it looked amazing!!! just wondering if anyone knows where to get this done in the north and if anyone has had it done?
