Yes they still sell them, will be expensive though. A 182 Cup wheel comes in at £160 plus centre cap, each.
The registration wont be needed but it does make their life easier.
I would pay more yes as you'll probably only end up adding them at a later date as you sound like you'll never be happy with the OE lights.
As stated though the £1000 gets you the auto pack too so whilst the benefits are there can the price be haggled at all?

When I had my 1.2 I kept it at 0 unless the boot was fully loaded and never had a problem.

I'm the same Ali but to be fair they can very easily be removed. I'll not have a chance to get daylight pictures until Christmas now as it's dark when I return from work.
Yeah they weren't too bad really, it's just a little difficult guessing where to apply the adhesive as you've no idea which parts of the cover make contact with the mirror housing.

Carbon mirror covers taster, had these 4 months now (:o) only just got round to fitting them...
