It's a Renault only item if you want a 100% genuine working key.
The immobiliser transponder is around the ignition barrel from memory.
If you only have 1 plip key lets hope you never lose it or you'll be unable to disarm your alarm if it's for the 182.

As for the spigot rings they are for wheels so you can fit aftermarket wheels with varying size of bore to your standard hubs.
Should pull £11k - £12k all day long mate. Might be worthwhile spending the £200 or so it'd cost to get the wheels refurbed before hand?

They're all the same mate, you don't need a 1*2 specific fog so long as it's a mk2 ph2 one.
I got mine for about £25 on fleabay!
As for removal you need to get under the front of the car. Remove the splash guards so you can see up behind the fog. There are three (I think) torx screws...

Right, if you're taking the fuse out when you turn the car off (to save the battery) this will no doubt be causing issues with the head unit what with entering the code etc.
As the fuse had blown controlling the illumination I would remove the head unit and simply check everything is ok behind...
