No, keys are programmed once and then 'locked'.
Only option is a new un-programmed key from Renault really. Cost me around £100 a couple of years back.
172's had carbon effect silver, as on the gearknob and steering badge. I can't remember what Cup's got but I'm sure someone can help out there.
182's got plain silver inserts/badges, no carbon effect weave.
Yeah if it was loose you'd be able to move it there. Turn the car's ignition off and adjust the allen bolt slightly.
Then as you stand near the headlight get someone else to start the car, lights should come on and the adjusted headlight should "return home".

The buttons are removable but I don't believe a wheel without cruise will have the facility for adding them.
Not as far as I know. You can put a cruised wheel on a non-cruised car by simply removing the buttons and swapping the airbags, but to do it in reverse I don't believe it's possible.
