Yeah the adjustors, there's one for each light, and they have a ball on them which engages in the socket within the light. If this comes apart then the internals should be free to wobble whilst driving etc.
It may be that the allen-bolt just needs turning to adjust the beam if the adjustor is...
You mean the mini-adjustors on the rear of the headlight mate?
I have one here if you need it, but they can become dis-engaged from the internals of the light.
Have you noticed any wobble in the beam?

Yeah I can understand your frustration but I believe the fact of the matter still remains that you/they had insured the car under a female driver.
Changing to a male driver will undoubtedly incur a higher premium (as we all know).
As you say though if they stated there should be no increase...
If it's the drivers side it will have a convex area to the outer edge, as the Mk2's had, for better visibility. The passenger side is a simple flat mirror.

Fit, yes, but I think there will be issues as the tyres are too wide for the offset (or something along those lines).

It's the wiring loom to the stereo/speakers so that when your phone rings it cuts sound and the call is heard through the in car sound system.
You simply buy a cradle to suit your phone and attach it afaik.
The 6 disc CD changer was a £300 option.
