yes mate you need an adaptor which swaps the Clio loom to the JVC loom.

My guess is that the loom is wrong for the JVC as you do need an adaptor. I wouldn't start messing with the connectors, my first port of call would be getting hold of an adaptor mate.

In theory it's a good idea to prevent scratches, he's just gone about it totally the wrong way! lol!

Fogs you will have to do from underneath. Remove the splash guards then there's 2 or 3 torx screws holding the foglight to it's bracket. Undo them, unplug the wiring and remove foglight. Job done :)

Yeah a bit fiddly but it's not impossible. Just make sure you don't drop the new bulbs! ;)
