Magnex is ok as a kind of budget-entry system for the 182. Milltek is kinda mid-range, it all depends on the budget I guess. At the time I bought this it fitted my budget perfectly. The sound is nice, not too loud unless booting it really, infact under normal driving it's hard to notice it's...

Indeed, ktec do them too but when postage is added it's about the same price from dealer. The rubber cannot be replaced, it's a whole new mount.

The only place it mentions it being a cup spoiler is in the title, nowhere in the description does he mention it so I doubt you could get anywhere with 'misdescribed' claims. However the condition could be your bargaining point as Griff says. Email him and see what he says.

HID's wouldn't dump the battery as once they're lit they draw very little current. The initial start up would be the biggest drain but it's only the same as switching the lights on with the ignition turned off. I have been thinking about this also, but maybe not to light the HID's :)

That model doesn't have a remote input so I doubt the controls would work with it to be honest.

this is the gap in question on a car with non-RS wings which has had a RS bumper altered to fit; and Jamie (R8 FTW!) filled the gap with silicone sealant from memory to make it less obvious.
