Yep I know what you mean mate, however I know the last 182 exhaust I sold was couriered for £30 although the buyer arranged it so I don't know the company he used! :dapprove:
Magnex is ok as a kind of budget-entry system for the 182. Milltek is kinda mid-range, it all depends on the budget I guess. At the time I bought this it fitted my budget perfectly.
The sound is nice, not too loud unless booting it really, infact under normal driving it's hard to notice it's...
The only place it mentions it being a cup spoiler is in the title, nowhere in the description does he mention it so I doubt you could get anywhere with 'misdescribed' claims.
However the condition could be your bargaining point as Griff says. Email him and see what he says.
HID's wouldn't dump the battery as once they're lit they draw very little current. The initial start up would be the biggest drain but it's only the same as switching the lights on with the ignition turned off.
I have been thinking about this also, but maybe not to light the HID's :)
No, FC insurance demands that the car is kept in a roadworthy condition. No MOT = not road worthy. You will however be third part by law which means the lamp post will be covered! :)
this is the gap in question on a car with non-RS wings which has had a RS bumper altered to fit;
and
Jamie (R8 FTW!) filled the gap with silicone sealant from memory to make it less obvious.
